The Ride Freesport Film Festival originally started as a film premiere night in 1999 for the ski action movies of Warren Smith, Guido Perrini and Melody Sky. In 2006 Warren and Melody developed the night into a mini film festival for British Ski Film Makers and Photographers with 2007 and 2008 setting the standard for the future films.

The 2009 event will see some familiar and some new faces.  Film makers and photographers will show their work shot over the past year and have it judged by film makers, editors and major players from the Film + Television industry.  We look forwards to welcoming you on the night at the Prince Charles Cinema in Leicester Square and partying into the night at The Langley in Covent Garden, kind hosts for the crazy after party!
